MediaLaws is pleased to announce the new Call of the ‘EuCML Award for the Best Paper on European Consumer and Market Law’, this year with a focus on “Private and Public Enforcement of Consumer and Market Law”.
To be considered for the Award, Applicants should submit, by 15 May 2026, their Papers to the address eucmlaward@gmail.com. An in-person conference will then take place at the University of Ferrara on 10 and 11 September 2026.
