The AI Governance Hub is a space dedicated to monitoring and analysing the main regulatory, institutional, and practical developments in the field of artificial intelligence governance.

This section will publish comments, insights, and systematic reconstructions of the most relevant developments at the European and national levels, with a particular focus on regulatory profiles, accountability mechanisms, the protection of fundamental rights, and risk management models.

The content will be organised and mapped according to the thematic categories adopted by MediaLaws, with a cross-cutting approach that allows AI governance to be viewed not as an isolated field, but as a phenomenon interconnected with other fields such as constitutional law, media regulation, data protection and cybersecurity.

The Hub’s goal is to offer a structured guidance and analysis tool, useful to scholars, professionals, and public decision-makers, capable of critically and systematically accompanying the evolution of the regulatory and governance framework for artificial intelligence.

To the hub contribute the MediaLaws team, with the special collaboration of the fellows of the AI Governance Hub.
