MediaLaws is pleased to share a new Call for Papers for the 2026 volume (vol. 19(33)) of the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS).
YARS is a double peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the University of Warsaw. The 2026 volume invites theoretical and empirical contributions addressing key issues in competition law and regulatory policy, with particular attention to digital markets and the functioning of the EU Digital Single Market.
Submissions should focus on substantive and procedural aspects of antitrust enforcement (including restrictive practices, merger control, and state aid), sector-specific regulation (e.g., digital, energy, telecoms, transport), and the interaction between EU and national frameworks. Comparative perspectives, case analyses, and interdisciplinary approaches (law & economics, political economy, management) are especially welcome.
YARS accepts:
-
Full-length research articles
-
Reviews of national legislation and case law
-
Critical comments on recent judgments and regulatory decisions (2024–2025)
-
Book reviews and reports on academic events
Papers must be submitted by 30 March 2026 via the YARS online submission system and will undergo double-blind peer review. Authors are encouraged to express their interest in advance by contacting the editorial team.
Further details on the scope, submission guidelines, and review process are available in the official Call for Papers.
