MediaLaws is pleased to share the call for the “Symposium on Artificial Intelligence, Law and Society”, taking place in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 16–17 October 2026.
Organised as a two‑day gathering for emerging scholars, the Symposium brings together PhD candidates, master’s students, postdoctoral researchers, and early‑career academics working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, law, and society. The programme combines keynote lectures from leading experts with highly interactive formats: research clinics, short presentations, methods workshops, mentoring sessions, and structured networking along the Adriatic coast.
Participants will receive personalised feedback on their projects, refine methodological and conceptual tools, and build an international peer network in the field of AI and law. Instead of full papers, applicants are invited to submit either a poster or a 5‑minute presentation of their research.
