Typically, our service comprises of the following 10 steps.

  1. Consultation - Our pre-qualification process is both free of charge and provides beneficial guidance and comprehensive advice.
 
  1. Onboarding - We only accept clients solely if we consider it to be in their best interest to hire us and if we anticipate successfully removing the harmful content.
 
  1. We conduct research across all platforms to identify all links, shares, and images, and provide a thorough Adverse Media Report.
 
  1. Prior to submission, we take strategic actions such as grouping subjects and timelines, removing dead links, and swiftly removing "easy-win" or any potentially harmful content related to our main case.
 
  1. We draft submissions under GDPR Article 17 and submit them to the legal departments of search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, ect., and their derivatives.
 
  1. We gather and present evidence to search engine case workers as needed, including witness statements, letters from the police / Gardaí that show criminal activity, proof of industry changes, evidence of criminal records, sentencing, or acquittals.
 
  1. We draft appeals, which typically comprise of 25 to 35 detailed and legally referenced arguments, and submit them to The Information Commissioner, if necessary.
 
  1. We perform thorough case evaluations and diligently make subsequent submissions until the harmful content is successfully removed from search results. Our efforts also encompass the removal of undesired Google autocomplete entries and damaging search suggestions.
 
  1. Following the initial submission, we continue to monitor and submit requests over several weeks to ensure that all URLs, .AMP links (accelerated mobile pages), and thumbnail images (stored on Google servers) are thoroughly scanned and removed. This process is referred to as the 'sweep and submit' stages, and is crucial in ensuring complete removal of harmful content.
 
  1. We provide comprehensive support for a year in case any additional links or images are discovered or shared and appear in search results.
